Membership Agreement

1. Introduction

This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and BlueStage (hereinafter referred to as "this application" or "we") regarding the purchase and use of BlueStage membership services (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Services"). Before subscribing to or purchasing any Membership Service, please read all contents of this Agreement carefully. Once you subscribe to or purchase a Membership Service, it means that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement is a supplement to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict regarding Membership Services, this Agreement shall prevail.

2. Membership Services

By becoming a member, you may enjoy the following benefits and privileges, depending on the membership plan you select:

• Expanded Cloud Storage: Increased storage capacity for storing, managing, and synchronizing your files
• Premium News Access: Access to exclusive content and an ad-free news browsing experience
• Enhanced Browser Features: Advanced browsing tools, faster access, and additional customization options
• Priority Support: Faster response times and dedicated customer assistance

The specific benefits, features, and limits of each membership plan are described on the relevant subscription page within the application. We reserve the right to adjust membership benefits with prior notice.

3. Membership Eligibility

To subscribe to a Membership Service, you must:

• Be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian
• Have a valid and registered account with this application
• Provide accurate, complete, and current payment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and the Terms of Service

4. Fees and Payment

Membership fees are charged according to the plan and billing cycle you select (such as monthly or yearly). All fees are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region and applicable taxes.

• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method
• All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date
• We reserve the right to change membership fees, with notice provided before any change takes effect

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, Membership Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge the applicable renewal fee to your payment method at the start of each new billing cycle, until you cancel.

You may turn off automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or the platform from which you purchased the subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation:

• You will continue to enjoy membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle
• Your membership will not renew for the next billing cycle
• Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable

7. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, all membership fees are non-refundable. If you subscribed through a third-party platform (such as an app store), refund requests are subject to the policies of that platform.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us using the contact information below, and we will review your request in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

8. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional offers for Membership Services. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, you may be automatically charged for the applicable membership fee once the trial ends. The terms of any free trial or promotion will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

9. Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and the following additional guidelines:

• Do not share, transfer, or resell your membership account or benefits to others
• Do not use membership benefits for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions associated with your membership plan

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership under the following circumstances:

• You violate this Agreement or the Terms of Service
• Your payment fails or is reversed
• Your conduct may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties
• Laws and regulations require us to do so

If your membership is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, you may not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

11. Changes to Membership Services

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue membership benefits, features, or plans at any time. Where changes materially affect your membership, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Membership Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified terms will be published on this application and will take effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the Membership Services after this Agreement has been modified, it means that you accept the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you should cancel your membership.
